Theresa M. Mullaney

Theresa M. Mullaney was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  She has been admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania since 1999, and to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit in 2007.

She received a B.A. degree from Millersville University in 1995, and her J.D., cum laude, from Widener University in 1999. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She concentrates her practice in the areas of premises liability, toxic and mass torts, products liability, construction, motor vehicle and environmental litigation.
