D. Rebecca Higbee

D. Rebecca Higbee was born in Elmer, New Jersey in June 1972. She attended Rutgers University, where she earned degrees in English Literature and Writing and Psychology. She then graduated from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, where she was New Developments Editor of the Journal of Law & Public Policy, represented clients through the Rutgers Civil Practice Clinic's Elder Law and LEAP Legal Programs, and received the Bar Association Land Use Law Award for Excellence in the Study of Land Use Law.

Rebecca is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
