Joshua G. Ferguson

Joshua G. Ferguson was born in Wilmington, Delaware on September 28, 1977. He is a graduate of Old Dominion University (B.S. 2000), and Widener University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2004). He is admitted to the Bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Josh has arbitrated cases in Philadelphia, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. He has also handled District Justice and Municipal Court trials in Dauphin, York, Lehigh, and Philadelphia counties.

He is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association. Josh works primarily in the areas of motor vehicle and commercial premises litigation and has presented various seminars on Pennsylvania First-Party and Third-Party automobile insurance.
