Jay Branderbit

Jay Branderbit was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on March 26, 1964. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri (A.B., 1986) and Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 1989). Jay is admitted to the Bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.

Jay has lectured extensively on the subjects of Bad Faith Litigation, Property Loss Mediation, Insurance Fraud, Motor Vehicle Insurance and Premises Liability law at the request of the National Business Institute, the Delaware Valley chapter of the IASIU, the Property Loss Research Bureau, and several of the firm’s clients.
