George F. Dale

George graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He attended Widener University School of Law and received a Juris Doctor degree with honors. He is admitted to the Bars of the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. George has argued appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. George has tried cases before juries in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and in the Courts of Common Pleas for Philadelphia, Montgomery and Chester and Bucks Counties.  He has an AV peer rating (highest) in Martindale-Hubbell.  George has also instructed students in an Introduction to Law class at St. Joseph’s University. His areas of concentration are Products Liability, Medical Negligence, Insurance Coverage, Premises Liability and Motor Vehicle Negligence.
