Ernest F. Koschineg

Ernest F. Koschineg was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 19, 1973. He graduated from Muhlenberg College (B.A. 1995) and Widener University School of Law (J.D. 1998). He was awarded a Masters of Law Degree in Trial Advocacy from the Beasley School of Law of Temple University (LL.M. 2004).

Ernest is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American and Philadelphia Bar Associations. His areas of concentration include insurance coverage, commercial and homeowners property loss litigation, construction defect, commercial litigation, banking law, employment practices, toxic tort litigation, medical device and life science litigation and consumer law.

Ernie has achieved the distinction of being named a 'Pennsylvania Super Lawyer-Rising Star' in a vote of his peers. Ernie has also been invited to lecture on the topics of construction defect and mass tort issues by national CLE companies as well as clients. Ernie is a member of the Home Builders Association of Bucks/Montgomery Counties and the National Association of Home Builders. He also is a member of the Drug and Medical Device Litigation Section of the Defense Research Institute.
