Dominique N. Ryan

Dominique N. Ryan was born in Delaware County, PA. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from West Chester University in 1997, and her J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2000.

She has been admitted to the Bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey since 2000, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania since 2002, and to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit in 2007. Dominique is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
