David S. Kaplan

David Kaplan was born in Newark, New Jersey on June 18, 1954. David was admitted to the Bars of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in June 1984.

David received his B.S. from The American University in 1976 and his J.D. from Southwestern University in 1983. His areas of concentration include products liability, motor vehicle & premises liability, subrogation, workers’ compensation and general civil litigation.
