Courtney Dowd

Courtney Dowd was born in Point Pleasant, New Jersey on January 8, 1983. She was admitted to the bar of New Jersey in 2008.

Courtney received her B.A. in Political Science from Niagara University in Lewiston, New York in 2005, and her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2008.
